The next question is Drapery Carrier Style, there are two choices Pinch Pleat or Ripplefold. Pinch Pleats are attached to the rod with drapery pins. Ripplefold is attached to the rod via ripplefold snaps and the snap tape is sewn onto the drapery panels at the time the panels are fabricated. We charge a flat $15 per order for Fedex, UPS & USPS ground shipping. Shipping anything between 48″-95″ will require an oversize surcharge of $45. If you leave instructions during checkout, we will cut all rods to your exact measurement at no additional cost. Shipping >96″ will require an additional surcharge or a special freight semi truck quote.

Given the majority of our products are custom ordered, we cannot accept returns on those products. We do accept returns on products that are stocked, unopened, and returned within 30 days (20% restocking fee). Please email us your order # and the items you wish to return. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged items at no cost to you. Please, just make sure to let us know about shipping damage within 48 hours.
We except all major credit cards. Paypal is our credit card processor and one can pay either with their Paypal account or click on the pay with debit or credit card when checking out. We accepts all major credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
Most orders we try to ship out same day on Kirsch drapery hardware, pillows, hardware parts, and custom drapery track. We try to answer all customer support emails for special quotes within 24-48 hours. Architrac Drapery track sets installation hardware (screws, bolts, toggles, anchors, expansion tension, ect) are not provided as there are many wall, ceiling and weight applications for proper installation. Most drapery hardware manufacturers will include some installation hardware with their wall brackets.
